Move over Hallmark, my 5 year old is entering the greeting card game. This is what she had us write down for her best friend’s brother for his 2nd birthday. Poetry.

I’m only doing it because of her, she’s obsessed with it

For today’s attempt: rainbow tiger

She’s been excited and happy about it which is ultimately all that matters to me. Now that I have the supplies I have a feeling I’ll be doing this a lot.

I’ve let her once so far. Today she was eager to get out and play with the neighbors.

It’s only like my third face paint so I feel like I have a long way to go. She just recently asked me to get some and start doing it. It’s her newest obsession.

Today she insisted on rainbow butterfly

Her first favorite is gorillas. She loves gorillas and cheetahs.

She put on her leopard dress because it’s the closest she has to cheetah (cheetahs are her second favorite animal but cheetah print doesn’t really exist since it’s just spots) so she is a cheetah/leopard now

Mary would love this and her birthday is coming up soon

LMFAO my parents are on a cruise this week and saw it a couple days ago and were like “the costumes and everything were great but the story makes no damn sense”

She’s absolutely obsessed with getting her face painted though so I bought some to attempt it

It’s only like my second time face painting so honestly it could have been so much worse

I’ve only face painted like twice so really it could have gone way worse

I’ll take cheetah or leopard honestly

To be fair I do google pictures and try my best to copy them since I have no idea where to even start with what she wants half the time.

I barely can do a stick person

Considering my artistic ability extends as far as drawing stick people I’ll take this as a W then.

When you have no artistic ability but your kid asks you to face paint them like a rainbow cheetah

We get some crazy outfits in this house, especially from his older sister. He’s just getting to the age where he wants to pick out his stuff.

It’s called fashion

Same. This is my forever house. The only way I’d consider moving is if one of my kids wanted to buy it one day because they’re the 4th generation of my family to live here and I’d like to keep it in the family. Otherwise I’m going out in a body bag.

Only because he can’t work the bottle on his own. Once he figures that out it’s game over. This kid is pure chaos. The exact opposite of Mary.

This somehow makes me feel much better. Although I know if he was capable of figuring out how to work the bottle he’d be dosing himself. But still better whipped cream than medicine.
