My family has already made the effort to forget my son’s name and pretend that nothing happened. It hurts people I thought I trusted don’t want to acknowledge he existed.

Everyone will say their condolences, move on, yet my entire world is frozen in time. A piece of me died. I can’t recognize myself in the mirror. My house has an empty crib and silence.

I wish it was me that was taken from this world and not my son. I would have traded places for him to live.

I don’t know if or when I’ll create again.

I’m still alive because my spouse is keeping me tethered to this plane of existence.

Only a small amount of people know what the worst pain in the world is.

I don’t want to exist anymore.

My days are spent rotting, wondering why this happened to us. After struggling for years, embarking on ICSI with only one embryo, one day before the due date, we lost our son.

I gave birth to someone who wasn’t alive.

The world is silent to me as inside is loud with grief.

I would tear the sky into two if it meant I could feel your skin to mine once more.

Please wait for me in heaven, so I can have the chance to hold you again.

Same! Finally, some relief for us!! 😍

People have been very kind and some gave me more than $2 for stamps/envelopes. I ordered an extra strip of stamps thanks to it! I’d cover this normally, but I’m really thankful for the help while our family has been doing its best to stay afloat from the shutdown🥹❤️

I’m so relieved the shutdown is over because now it means we will have a paycheck for December, not worry about rationing food since October, and I feel less stressed knowing rent will be covered next month.

My paper came in today and I decided to try out a different brand!

And omg I am IN LOVE!! This Luster quality paper is amazing!!

I’m actually looking forward to knowing how a normal period feels in the future, and not one where I’m in so much pain I’m on bedrest. It’s been nice to know I’m tumor free, cyst free, and I still have my organs that I would have lost if treatment was delayed.

1 year ago from today, I didn’t know my entire life was about to change.

I underwent major surgery that saved my organs, and was finally qualified to start ICSI after years of a stagnant hell known as infertility.

And now I’m sitting here a few days away from the due date.

It’s been a journey.
