I'm getting reports that a firm is cold calling people "offering grants for renewables and quoting that MARTIN LEWIS had encouraged people to engage with the company."

The call is UTTER BOLLOCKS! This is not true. Don't trust them. Politely disengage and don't speak to them.

Sometimes you just have to let it go. Tis for the better.

I find when i get iTunes just how i like it - if it ever updates (which i try and avoid) it messes up again. I'm not a fan of how if a CD has a guest singer it insists on putting it in a "compilation" folder.

I'm lucky. I have the privilege of getting my daughter to write the "blurb" for bandcamp. She's much better at writing shiz than I will ever be. The only niggle is the blurb takes her longer than i take to make a track :)

to deliberately avoid, shun, or abstain from something

I did a similar thing on the last album i made - i refrained from having regular drum sounds / beats and used other sounds to randomly come up with a rhythm. It was a good exercise.
