Forcing myself to NOT work over the weekend at all always results in be being really excited to get to work. It’s crazy how just giving myself a weekend break makes me SO eager.

Give yourself more breaks everyone, even if you feel guilty about doing so

Honestly I LOVE eating healthy with plenty of fruit, veggies and getting any protein version of anything possible (protein waffles, protein pasta etc) with the occasional junk food snack here and there like chips but why is taking care of yourself so expensive 😭😭😭

LOL my friend have body doubled a lot before! In this case it’s not body doubling because she isn’t home, but I know for sure changing my environment and getting away from what I seek dopamine from while working really helps :)

Plus also her cat is just the sweetest little gentleman

Like when I don’t have my computer in front of me coaxing me to fill the need for dopamine and when I’m not in my room filled with all my fave hobby stuff, I can get so much done 😭😭 knocking these illust comms out so I can focus more on model stuff when I’m home
