It’s absurd that I can get a gun faster than a car. Hell, in Oklahoma, I’m not even required to register my guns.

I’m a gun owner, I hunt and grew up on a farm, and I will HAPPILY fill out any application, go through any waiting period/background check if it means my kid gets to be safe at school.

As disappointed as I am in the state of my country right now, I keep going back to the many positive interactions when my fiancé wore his Veterans for Harris t-shirt around in our blue dot city in the ultimate red state that is Oklahoma.
