Watching tracking updates, for a package I need by Friday, is not good for my mental health. The pkg has been sitting in Mississaga since the 23rd.

TSC has a Christmas in July sale on. I have zero room for a casserole dish covered with peppermints and leaves...but it looks so cute!

Good morning. It is another smoky morning, but it did clear a little overnight. I even got a few pics of stars. I need to adjust settings for next time.

We decided not to get tickets to the #HarvestMoonFestival this year, and I have #FOMO already! We love this festival in Clearwater MB as we get to visit with lots of extended family. Now we are planning a trip out west to visit other extended family instead. Hope to be back at #HMF next year.

So... an anonymous poster on a local Facebook group posted that they are looking for a babysitter to watch 3 kids....and people responded!, listing local teenager names and some personal details ( like school etc) and in some cases tagging teens.

The old train trestle was converted to a walking path and overlook. It has placards listing the history of local families.

If you are heading further south, there is a great restaurant in Clearwater MB. The Country Junction is owned by the community. Clearwater has a great storied history and recorded an oral history of part of their story and have a cool walking tour.

This was a good weekend for my #CFLFantasy team. I moved up a few spots in both my leagues. I only went 2/3 on #CFLPickem so I better step up my game for the coming week. It is tough to choose between BC/Sask and Wpg/Stamps. @cfl.ca
