Yo tambien le pongo un poco de nata de cocina pero creo que con leche de coco irá bien tbh

Poner en una sarten donde has sofrito ajo con aceite una mezcla de tahini (o crema de cacahuete) y gochujang luecho echas caldo y llevas a ebullición por último coges pasta de miso y lo mezclas con un poco del caldo aparte para que se disuelva y lo añades al resto del caldo

El otro día aprendí a hacer un caldo de ramen RIQUÍSIMO y ya va la 3° vez en menos de una semana que lo voy a hacer 😭😭
