A research man is surviving with a simple dish and its variation using leftover: #Korean tofu soup with beef, vegetables & egg; and Kimchi, steamed rice & dried seaweed as side dishes; next day with dumplings & rice cakes dunked into the leftover soup and #Kimchi again!
