The 2026 Shalom Zone Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Service invites you all to gather in worship, remembrance, and recommitment to justice. The service will be held Monday, January 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Allisonville Christian Church.

Christmas Eve is just around the corner, and First Friends has a wonderful Christmas Eve Family Jazz Worship tradition. Join us on next Wed. at 5:30pm. There will be wonderful jazz music by the Eric Baker Jazz Band, a special art piece by Bob Henry, and readings focused on the Christmas Story!

We were deeply saddened that the weather caused us to postpone our annual Christmas Vespers, but we are excited to present a Festive Christmas Celebration on Sunday, Dec. 21 at 10:15am. We will be blending Vespers and our Children's Pageant into one special Christmas Worship. Hope you will join us!

ALL activities, unprogrammed & programmed worship, & our annual Vespers have been CANCELLED at First Friends for Dec. 14 due to inclement weather. We will be melding our Vespers with the Children's Pageant for a Festive Christmas Celebration followed by Christmas Tea on Dec. 21 at 10:15am. Be Safe!
