XProger, Technical Director on Tomb Raider Remastered, revealed that the "remasters team" (at Saber Interactive) is NOT working on LAU Remastered.
However, they are ready to start working on it if asked, as they already have a lot of ideas.

Lara's braid was replaced for a presentation at E3 as it would clip right through her back and neck which looked rather grotesque.
Then we had a huge list of higher priority tasks to crunch through before launch so it stayed as the temporary bun.

Yes, repost again, but I want to make a point. MY idea for a "unified" lara would be to just have reboot lara glow up like this. That's literally just shadow lara with pistols, a braid, and some eye makeup (and we can change the hair). She has always been SO CLOSE.

I cannot express how fucking hard it is to be an artist right now. Between AI and websites like AliExpress, theft is the worst it's ever been. Someone stole my Garrus design and made a bunch of money off it. Genuinely sick to my stomach.
