I’m not sure he can! The government is supposed to go into caretaker mode during an election. So he’s not supposed to act like the Premier anymore. Which is reason #1386 that he shouldn’t have asked for an election.

Parents of students with viral-induced asthma do this knowing that our government has chosen not to do the same for our children. That the admins at the school, the teachers, and the other parents may well view reasonable, science based attempts to keep our children safe as a sign of anxiety. 3/4

We fill out forms for use of medication, so that if our children start to die at school, the school will give them their best chance of survival.

Parents of students who have peanut allergies do this knowing that serious attempts are made to eliminate all nut products from schools. 2/4

School starts next week. That means that all around the province, parents, admin staff and family doctors are filling out medical forms. Individualized Plans of Care for students with 4 medical conditions that have been identified by the Ministry as posing life threatening risks to students. 1/4

And since the water level stays the same, we are blind to the resources we let drain away.

Re Reconciliation - Welp, I’m a 7th generation settler on Turtle Island and I’m an ordained Anglican Priest! We have made and continue to make decisions that harm people. I try to follow people from different Nations to learn about the incredible diversity among Indigenous people.
