I really like the underscore. Each character has recurring themes (e.g., Hercules, Hades, the Muses) that change depending on context, but Hades (to me) is the best. Pure chaos that never seems to resolve. Fitting. The Greek Chorus uses gospel motif. Mencken is really good. I hate James Woods though

It is a Bildüngsroman about an unexpected bard. Definitely queering, but also influenced by postcolonial and feminist themes. Horror/Fantasy. Still a long ways from being done, but I'm so happy to be writing. 🍄
