I'm 24 hours into Metaphor now and my experience still consists of eagerly awaiting the next Gallica text box.

Yeah there's really fun class-focused turn-based RPG gameplay and some great character writing and hard-hitting themes criticizing society and politics

but what will the fairy say next?

Love how they didn't even try for some kind of explanation as to why Gallica also fell when the trapdoor opened beneath the party, they just made her also surprised that she's falling too despite the fact that she has wings and flies lmao.

This game is very silly sometimes.

Here are my 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 ballots. I was considering a lot of different characters for this last slot. Soleil, F!Kris, Annand, Ranulf, Inigo, and Pandreo all came to mind.

I went with Fallen Sothis. All characters I've voted for in the past lmao.
