The Donald Trump resistance is ready for when Democrats are done grieving Trump resistance groups are giving activists room to grieve, but they are ready to harness public concern about his policies.

If you think there’s no resistance because protest demonstrations are few, it is there all right. It’s just really busy organizing, as this article covers. If you’re anti-MAGA, there’s probably a place for you.

Update: our press person DID talk to them. They declined to talk to me or Leah, but wanted to talk to locals (no prob there - we regularly make those connects). We connected to our locals, but they didn't use any of that. Sounds like they used what they needed to tell the story they wanted to tell.

Don’t mistake the scarcity of protest demonstrations for a scarcity of pro-democracy, anti-MAGA movement activity. And be sure to check out indivisible.org - because a whole lot of other people have been. Movements ≠ protest demonstrations.

When MAGA leaders accuse some of “them” (identity often not specified) of something, we should all seriously consider the possibility they are projecting what they are doing or planning to do. Though in some cases we can be pretty certain of it!

Those who assume authoritarianism has a 4 year expiration date don’t understand. Assuming authoritarianism can’t be blunted or overcome is also mistaken. Indivisible.org‘s new strategy guide is sensible. They’ve had great strategies so far. There’s no sure bet – except if we give up, MAGA wins.
