Very curious. Initially almost spat it out. Burst of fizz and vinegar the very quickly into a red fruit and syrup cocktail from a tin. Peppery and. Drying after taste.

Spicy and a little hot. Perhaps a little cinnamon, tannins, not very sweet, pretty drying. Pretty light mouthfeel and taste
