Pretty serious French Horn player. Only girl in the Computer Refurbishment pilot course. Staged elaborate sword fights in the hallways using milkshake spoons we stole from Denny’s. (Participating duelists were required to have their spoons on their person at all times.)

I use bookshop.org! I haven’t done much in-depth digging into their details, so fact-checking maybe required, but they let you pick a local bookshop to give a cut of your purchases to, and they’re a B Corp, and it beats Waterstones?

The internet doesn’t really need to know this, but I started my weekend with an uncomfortable, scary medical thing that I’ve been putting off for way too long, and I DID IT! And now I HAVE done it and no longer have a little dread subroutine running in my brain. 🤘🤘🤘

UX Question: Anybody have good thoughts/resources on keeping your designs up to date as the flurry of decisions and adjustments get made while things are getting built? Like, how do you keep your single-source-of-truth true over time?

I’d raise my hand, but I’m too busy wondering where my legs have gone.

I think I’m mostly Queen of Space at work, and possibly Helpful Himbo at home (with substantially less trauma, tho… ❤️‍🩹).
