Penalize NIL deal-breaking athletes under new law, Sen. Tuberville says Sen. Tommy Tuberville had some pointed comments about modern college football, says Indiana legally "bought" a team this year.

The common law has a lot of potential remedies for breach of contract... don't know that we need a statutory penalty for athletes (also rich coming from a habitual breacher of contracts)
