Pan seared Japanese Velvet streak with a spicy honey butter sauce, Japanese cabbage pancake drizzled with lemon mayo sauce, and green beans with onions sauteed in a bacon sauce 🥰

Lemon cilantro rice topped with pan seared tuna and stir fried asparagus drizzled with spicy honey chili sauce tossed sesame seeds So delicious!!😍

Dinner tonight was meatloaf with a spicy tomato sauce, bourbon honey glazed carrots and buttered new potatoes We all three loved it!

Meatless Monday so dinner was a white bean and pasta in a vegetable stock and fresh herb broth, a mixed green and radicchio salad tossed with a lemon honey vinaigrette and garlic toast on the side🥰

Another rainy chilly day so comfort food again this evening Ham steak with a mustard dill sauce, Mac and cheese and sautéed cinnamon apples So delicious!🥰

Dinner tonight was seared scallops served on top of sauteed blue kale, tomato and bacon I also made a cheesy cream of cauliflower soup Perfect meal with this wet chilly day🥰

Today was a cloudy drizzly day so white bean turkey chili with a lot of cheddar cheese, corn bread muffins and a homemade coleslaw Delicious dinner!

Three mile walk this morning then made us baked egg and cheddar cheese in a ham cup and of course my fresh fruit and yogurt 🥰

Another chilly day so another comfort dish I love Chicken and Dumplings with a side of oven roasted buttered broccolini with flaked red pepper So good!😍

Delicious dinner Shrimp and Tasso Gravy with yellow cheese grits and a wedge salad on the side I am happy!😍

Busy day today with new furniture for the dining room delivered and the house is looking great! Dinner tonight was Swiss Steak and parsley mashed potatoes, both topped with a fire roasted tomato gravy and a side of lemon butter sautéed green beans 😍

Fried Cajun Catfish with a Black Bean salad, creamy cheddar cheese cauliflower soup and an Italian green salad Pretty good!😊

Meatless Monday so I made fried cheese and spinach ravioli in a brown butter, sage and lemon sauce, with a fresh green and cucumber salad Delicious!😍

It was a really good dinner tonight Chicken Wings with General Taos Cauliflower and green bean salad with feta cheese, tossed in a honey lemon vinaigrette Delicious!!!

Brunch was a delicious Dutch Baby with smoked salmon and a light green salad 🥰

We had a fantastic dinner Chicken Piccata and a delicious green lettuce salad with all the fixings drizzled with homemade ranch dressing 😊🥰

Meatless Monday so a roasted veggie quesadilla with an apple jalapeño slaw tossed with a honey lemon vinaigrette Delicious!!

Dinner tonight was a delicious meatless loaf with a honey tomato spicy sauce, cheddar cheese chives mashed potatoes and buttered herb sauteed green beans Bentley loved the meatloaf 😊

Meatless Monday so black bean tacos topped with Mexican cabbage slaw, avocado and cheddar cheese with a side of Mexican Rice made with Fire Roasted tomatoes, chilies from the garden and cilantro 😍🥰

Busy day and need to clean out the refrigerator so leftover chicken breast on a green lettuce salad It was really good!

Made oven roasted paprika pork chop with Parmesan roasted cauliflower and cheesy broccoli casserole We all three loved it😍

Homemade smoked chicken salad made with grapes, roasted pecans and other delicious fresh veggies and served with garlic bread delicious Labor Day dinner 😍

Lasagna tonight with garlic bread and a delicious green salad with bacon, green onions, and garlic toast I am happy 😊

I know it is Meatless Monday but our schedule has been too crazy so we had lemon pepper chicken wings with two dipping sauces, honey lemon steamed carrots, General Taos roasted cauliflower and a green salad We loved it!

Well we are back home and Mark just left for Western Kentucky to speak tomorrow so Bentley and I have fixed dinner He wanted a grilled fillet with bourbon pepper sauce, seasoned sweet onions and green beans and my favorite mashed sweet potatoes It was delicious and Bentley is definitely full😊

Meatless Monday so my favorite combo; Lemon and Capers Pasta topped with a lemon caper butter garlic sauce and a delicious garden salad with a honey lemon vinaigrette Loved it !

Delicious dinner after a fun afternoon with Mark, Barbara and Marta at Woodland Art Fair Beef short ribs, broccoli white cheddar cheese casserole and a grilled romaine wedge salad We loved it!
