I *did* find a useful zipper fix, though. If your zipper is gunked up and not operating smoothly, you can clean it using normal spray window cleaner. I have tried this, and it worked!

I did try one of my zipper fixers before trying the pliers...unsuccessfully! So maybe I am not the right person to recommend them. *Pliers*, on the other hand, I am here for them because they are here for me!

The zipper on my insulated bag came apart the other day, and from deep in the back of my ruined brain I remembered the same fix. I tried it last night, and the teeth mesh again! We independently came up with the same solution, and both of us have doubts about how long it will last! Synchronicity!

They sell zipper repair kits. I have purchased these. I have never gotten any of them to work, but I am not an astrophysicist. Surely, if anyone could make one of them work, it would be you.
