Something... Turns in his stomach at the sentiment. He doesn't acknowledge it. Just smiles back at Chuck and shakes his hand.

"Its alright." he speaks with a smile. "Ive got my brother. He's all the family I need."

*Chuck tilts his head and frowns slightly upon hearing this Sonic was abandoned*

“Someone abandoned you? Sonny, I am so sorry.”

*Chuck shows empathy for Sonic*

Sonic... nods. A small sadness taking over his expression.

"On mine I was abandoned. I dont remember before... I pretty much raised myself." He gives a little wink, however. "I still love chili dogs, though. They're the best!"
