Mine comes between 44 and 46 hours post-exertion. I didn't figure that out for over 8 years, until I moved in with my partner, who is good at spotting patterns. They caught on immediately & we were able to plan for 'crash protocols' and apply them immediately when it started.

The Committee did not call for ending the traditional tot. On this day, 55 years ago, members of the Royal Navy held a funeral, wore black arm bands, and called this Black Tot Day.
