Idea that came from a DM conversation:

pred adventurer swallows the small, annoying party member that the entire party hates.

turns out they had been replaced by a mimic halfway through the dungeon

and said mimic is twice the pred's size when it untransforms

It wasn't even NSFW posts, just ones I'd done about planning to finish up writing or games I was playing, but it makes me uncomfortable ngl

Maybe I just come across as antisocial or something, because they did nothing inherently wrong, but it just really hits some discomfort response in my brain

I assume it's just due to the algo on the discover tab, anything that's not tagged with an obvious kink/nsfw word gets picked up and shared to completely random people

I made a post about aiming to finish up some writing next week and had actual 60+ year old grandmas replying with "good luck 🙏"

I don't like how often my posts on this weird weight gain, monster sex and vore fetish account are getting traction with entirely random Bluesky users

This just reminded me that I started writing a “macro character in a very destructible city” thing months ago to explore it as a niche, but totally forgot to finish it….

My brain just gets activated by a pred picking a person and going "that's mine", especially if it leads to unhinged yandere-coded behaviour the longer they're unable to Get Them

Literally one of my upcoming fics is petrification, because A) I'm a sadist who likes to make characters suffer sometimes and B) "(char)'s body slowly becomes a solid statue" allows for a lot of hot descriptions of pretty major but still-gradual changes

I've never really been a hunger enjoyer either, it's a justification for The Act but it doesn't really *add* anything, imo

On the flipside, I REALLY like obsessive/possessive targeted preds - but in fatal stuff 90% of people expect preds to treat prey flippantly and interchangably by default

God I really need to put together more narrative-heavy fetish stuff, I have so many ideas for it

I've had a fatal vore concept (an entire setting, more or less, entirely for a single pred character idea) that I've never put down on paper, and maybe it's time to throw that out to the world...

I think for me it's also about having that difference being distinct. Weight gain stuff that goes from 200lbs to 1200lbs is hot to me, but a character going from like. 3000lbs to 3500lbs means nothing to me, it's just Too Much Flesh at that point

Give me twinks that gain 150lbs instead

Rapidly realising that almost all of my kinks are heavily focused on how different the "initial" state is compared to the "end" state, and the (usually) physical and sensory detail involved in getting from point A to point B

Some of my upcoming stuff REALLY made that clear to me

Unrelated to my other reply (sorry this thread got me Thinking Hard about some things), but I find it kind of fascinating how integral some tropes are to particular kinks

You don't really notice it until you've consumed enough (heh heh), but some niches REALLY use the same beats over and over again

Some of my favourite recent stuff HAS BEEN things that are trying to create a narrative rather than just a disposae scenario, because it really expands what a good creator can do with a kink that they have

I've been thinking about this a lot recently in regard to my own stuff, and it's why I A) want to try out wild new ideas and B) do more longform stuff that tries to be more than JUST a kink fic

these days, Hot Man Has Big Tummy just kinda has me going "yeah, it's hot, but where's the-?" 1/2

And perhaps it is that lack of storytelling. The lack of a scene which can put befores and afters in the viewer's head. 3/4 view big tummy can let us fill in a vast expanse of possibilities, but a background, multiple panels, thought-out dialogue, and more can bring the kink to life

I think my WIP smut/kink fic backlog might be getting a little long

I tend to really let ideas snowball and become impossible to finish, doing smaller made-in-an-afternoon ones sounds like fun AND much more practical

Playing MOWAS2 skirmish missions using a slow artillery crawl strategy that lasts 1.5+ hours per map is so much fun to me, but 90% of the people I know don't even play RTS games at all, let alone like THAT
