it’s the lack of discernment & professionalism & blatant disregard for criticism or feedback. Like, idk when everyone has the same story about a leader but is afraid to speak out for fear of retaliation (being barred from the room aka their livelihood) that’s a problem!!!!

I don’t even mind a “rejected”! I’ve gotten them too, and it sucks, but it’s part of the game!

it’s the needless meanness of it, the actual belittling & nitpicking the way this persons art looks “like it’s from something 10-15 years ago”. That’s what is wrong here. Those are inside thoughts. :)
