The mouth is just 'cheating' towards the camera. His quills look great doing this too. 'Cheating' toward the camera is even used in acting, and as an actor you gotta make it look natural..

Our current model takes that to a ridiculous extreme however, that only works when you barely animate it.

Imagine a comic book inspired by '90s Sonic, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, One Piece, and Dragon Ball, but it's being explicitly created with the mission of working with literacy foundations and getting kids excited to read -- that's what ENDLESS FANTASIA is.
