Absolutely. I would say it's an ideal film for an 8 year old. It's fun and bright and is mainly about kindness, being good hearted and trying to be the best person you can despite how difficult that can often be. Plus it's pretty funny and has a super adorable Superdog in Krypto.

Really enjoyed #Superman - reminded me of being a kid picking up a random Superman comic from the newsagents and just being dropped into middle of a story with giant monsters, robots and fun guest characters. Great cast plus adorable super pooch Krypto.

Was tempted to watch the very stupid looking action/comedy Heads of State where the US President and British PM team up to fight baddies. However, I didn't. Because being a pendant the British Prime Minister is NOT the head of state. That's the King. So it's false advertising. 😂
