Not advocating blind faith, just that the observer effect is a thing and can get in the way for some folks.

That made it easier because I wasn’t compounding the anxiety with meta-anxiety around “withdrawal” - my new dosage simply disturbed the pond and if I waited long enough, the ripples would smooth out.

Having titrated off SSRIs before, what I find helped was not thinking of it as “withdrawal” - withdrawal has so much baggage as a concept. When I entered unusual negative or uncomfortable states, I’d remind myself my brain was still “rebalancing” its own chemistry in response to the change.

I know like, “twink top” is a whole genre of porn, but it’s really not about body types - it’s roles for me.

OF’s chat function is now just 100% AI bots all scrambling to juice engagement. If I’ve subscribed to your OF and you’ve had a bot “flirt” with me to try and get me to respond - I probably hate you and canceled my sub.
