Started the upper bed

Expanded the lower bed. Still need to take up the rocks under the window and divide the daylilies and add the mulch.

The soil is shrinking. Also used some of the mulch today.

My latest project: Creating perennial and evergreen beds where there had been only lawn.

The beds look so much nicer now that all the cardboard is covered with soil/compost.
