The lighting throughout Frasers really needs to be adjusted. It hurt my eyes with the migraine triggering brightness. If I ever go in again I’m wearing my shades.

Today is two years since I fell on ice and fractured my ankle and toe. The worst injury I’ve had so far, pain wise.

Gonna try to get my advent calendar in Lego and my 2026 calendar in calendar club. Likely end up in a pub that I can use my staff discount in.

Just spent almost three hours gutting out the upstairs glass wash room at work. I did multiple cellar runs (room of doom) and out to the bins (rubbish) and cages (dry cardboard) too. I swear it, if it goes back to been a dumping ground for assorted shite I’ll be fucking furious.

Fucking Sky! Yet again they say my complaints are a priority use WhatsApp then call and guess what their WhatsApp is? The garbage AI that doesn’t fucking understand “I am making a formal complaint” 😫

Also the fruit, veg and other items they stock are generally a lot fresher and cheaper than supermarkets so getting the slightly mouldy tomato in my soup bag is definitely a one off.

I’ll be trying to make it tomorrow and it’ll be my first time ever making soup.

I was in Inverurie earlier and on my way back to the bus stop at town hall. I picked up a tomato and red peppers soup bag from Green Grocer and for £3.50 it has the veg and stock cubes needed as well as recipe sheet. (Yes that one slightly mouldy looking tomato is in the food waste bin.)

Curled up with a tea and Voyager from the beginning because it has been one of those frustrating days where everything that can go to absolute shit has done so.

I may have forgotten to pay for my food at work. Oops. I’m in tomorrow morning so I’ll pay it then.

Glad I went to the bank after work. They confirmed my suspicions that the phone call last night was a potential scammer/fraudster. There was also nothing on their system for a phone call during their open hours.

The Satsuma is the king of citrus fruits because unlike those other lying little bastards, he is actually easy to peel.

I’ll nip to the bank tomorrow after work and speak to them. Hopefully it can be sorted out quickly enough.

I’m generally extra vigilant with these things anyway but this is the first one I’ve had them trying to impersonate someone at my bank.

I had a phone call from “no caller ID” around 7pm and normally I let those go to voicemail but I answered it and was instantly suspicious because my bank never ask to speak to “Cat” it always my full name and the man was hesitant when I asked “who is this?” Of course I hung up.

This 159 number to contact your bank when a scammer phones telling you it’s them, does put you through to the bank but it doesn’t have the options of selecting “suspicious phone call” only card payments, transfers and transactions you don’t recognise.

If this is not resolved today I’m cancelling and refusing to pay yet again when they’ve made mistakes with my recent direct debits.

And now I’m going around Pontefract to get to Huddersfield with Sky’s text chat after the epic fail of their AI chatbot garbage yesterday.

Pretty sure this doorstep clown killer documentary case has been done before. So much of it including the talking heads seems familiar and this is long after I quit watching these scripted reality shows.

Would it be considered murder to fucking obliterate garbage AI that’s somehow everywhere and utterly useless? (Asking for myself… 🤬🤯)
