Waiting for the doctors to phone so that I can get some meds for what is definitely an ear infection. Two weeks ago they could have done that instead it was non-medicated ear drops.

Sureserve have been and over 8 hours wait to be told “l think it was the pressure” erm you’re a gas safe engineer it either is or it is not there is not an I think option.

I’m currently between three blankeys. The sofa throw over, electric blankey and Star Trek blankey. Yep I’m feeling very cold.

Aberdeen council really ought to get Richard Irwin or a similar local company back doing call outs for boiler breakdowns and annual service checks. Sureserve (previous GasCall) are awful.

Still waiting for Sureserve to turn up and fix the boiler. I phoned around 11:25 this morning then phoned again at 5:45 and “an engineer has been assigned” really? Nobody has turned up!

I reckon I can watch three more eps of LO:CI before the Catalans game kicks off at 5:55pm and then it’s footy until 10pm.

Still waiting for Sureserve to turn up to fix the boiler. The flat is Baltic and the electric blankey is on setting 5 of 9 which can only heat me up so much and my old electric heater was knackered and went out when I booked the tip run.

Pest control have been, removed the dead mice and reset the kitchen traps, the other traps (big room and lobby) are still empty.

Gonna find the contact details for first bus and lodge it as an incident and a complaint.

Likely gonna have a lovely bruises on my face and torso in the next couple of days. Both areas are already a bit red.

I hit my face and ribs on a metal pole while waiting to get off the bus because the driver was trying and failed to race the temporary traffic lights on Victoria Road when they were changing from green to red. He hit the brakes really hard and I went slamming into the metal pole.

First bus really needs to remind some of their drivers that they are driving on a main road in Aberdeen and not a fucking racing circuit!

Also have to phone for an emergency boiler repair. Got F1 (low to no pressure) alert and that means no heat and no hot water. Fantastic!

One the mouse traps has finally snapped so that’s one of the little fuckers squirming (hopefully! Haven’t looked!) and now the wait for pest control to come out and remove it and replace with new traps. They’re coming back on Monday anyway but I’d rather not wait until the actual appointment.
