Okay, vegans and vegetarians, how do you do lunchtime sandwiches? I feel like I haven't mastered veggie ideas for sandwiches and I feel like the lack of a meat or fish (i.e. tuna or turkey or something) leaves me with only sad salad on bread.

Good question! I use a blend of resources. I use Rephonic and just searching the podcasters site for the hosts name.

Read in John 6 last night! So much to learn from a single chapter in the Bible. I love this verse (Jesus is speaking):

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

But... that's just what I do!
