The four Cs of Digital Wellbeing.
We worked in groups to research our 'C' and present it. We had to work collaboratively - taking turns, eye contact, respecting opinions and ideas & ensuring all were involved & valued. This required a lot of focus, too! #thestjoesstory

A new group joined me for a Kitbag session today. They developed their Meta skills by focussing well, communicating their feelings and emotions and showing respect and empathy towards others’ feelings. Afterwards they relaxed with some calming activities. #thestjoesstory @stjosephsps.bsky.social

Today we launched our Skills Academy with a focus on Health & Well-being. This group participated in a Kitbag session helping them to feel calm and talk about emotions.
