I often get asked why I am so outspoken about protecting Jewish Folks in America and it'a always the same response (because it's true). Jewish and Black Folks have been allies for decades. The alliance hasn't always been easy but we're still here 60+ years later.

Perlasca returned to Italy and said nothing. Even his family did not know what he had done. In 1987, Hungarian Jewish survivors tracked him down. Yad Vashem named him Righteous Among the Nations in 1988. He received honors from five countries. He died in Padua in 1992.
