Change can also be slow sometimes, but with enough push it can happen. It can help even more if issues are brought up by different people with different perspectives. It helps me communicate why it's an issue and better explain why change is needed. So thank YOU for taking the time to type it out.

Please never feel like you need to "keep your mouth shut". I need to know it's an issue so that I can communicate it to the right people. That's how we grow and evolve as a platform. I consider it part of my duty to represent the creator community to the team, and speak on their (our) behalf.
