Eggman built it, but in it's lore, MM turns on Eggman to fight ALONGSIDE the Moogle it was made to destroy, and of it's own accord! :D Metal Moogle is actually a good guy :3

not 100% sure if he counts, but he IS meant to be from a Sonic based AU, so here's Metal Moogle, a Moogle based Robot made by Dr. Eggman to combat a particularly problematic Moogle who ended up in that universe!
