The data is on motor vehicle crashes, there's no data disaggregating fault vs no fault that I'm aware of.

But it should be controversial than driving drunk or incompetent or speeding isn't counted as intent to kill.

A post from Facebook by The Cathouse Rock Club:
We are deeply saddened by the incredibly tragic loss for Glasgow last night. Not only have we lost The Union Corner building (the building in the middle dates from 1851), but also the businesses that reside within.
Glasgow wont look the same again and livelihoods have been put at risk.
There are many GoFundMe's available to help support the loss of business, i've done my best to compile what I've managed to find, but please if you see any - post in the comments here and let's give these places the support we can.
Rude Cookies had compiled a list of businesses that they have shared with us - so please, head to their pages and give support where you feel like you can.

The Cathouse, aka The Catty, further down UnIon Street did a post on fb and insta highlighting all the businesses lost in the Union Street, Glasgow fire. Many now have gofundme’s and the like. I’ve added the post below.

I have come here from Scotland for the long weekend, this is the south, where is my tropical weather?

This fire seems quite unusual for Glasgow, in that the building actually went through a complicated, expensive, renovation before going up in flames, rather than the other way around.

Good lord, Glasgow is still on fire and already the weegies are taking the piss. G'wan.

Labour is losing voters to progressive parties disproportionately.
And they are not mainly "lanyard" professional or working classes, the oppositional forces of Blue Labour and right discourse.
It's squeezed millennials in service careers.
Which our politics ignores.
β€’ Demographically, most progressive defectors are frustrated lower middle class Millennials - not affluent urbanites or a PMC 'lanyard class. Though they have liberal social values, many are frustrated graduates; Millennials with a mortgage or rent they are struggling to afford - primary school teachers, IT support or clerical workers. In short, the face of the modern social democratic voter.

Speaking as a lower middle class graduate with an office job and a mortgage, born in the late seventies, I would say: this is half my social circle and most of the people I worked with for years. How in the name of Christ did nobody in politics or media see this coming?

I don't think we need to imagine - the reason sex testing was dropped in the first place is that it happened, and not just to the people they wanted to exclude.

There is absolutely zero explanation for hitting targets like this unless your objective is to destroy any possibility of normal life and produce mass civilian death. Completely unjustifiable and another war crime. We saw this thirty years ago in Iraq.

They have shown tremendous courage and bravery in challenging a warped ideology and a culture of virtue signalling that rewards institutional cowardice.

My column in the Herald on Sunday: the Scottish grooming gangs inquiry is welcome.
We must also confront how our third sector has become institutionally corrupted to the point where it sides with SNP ministers instead of standing with women and girls

The SNP are taking the biscuit. They chose to turn Glasgow into sanctuary for asylum seekers through their own virtue-signalling policies, and now they want the Home Office to bail them out.

It takes longer to build infrastructure than it does to add an extra bus service or allow flexible start times at work, I don't see how that's deniable. The rest of what you said is what I said.

Looking forward to hearing what the magic Green strategy is for getting to 326 seats, as like Labour they would need to win the votes of white working class voters in Red Wall seats who are concerned about immigration, and traditional Con vs Lab swing voters.

She's not wrong. Walking and wheeling plus public transport is the only way we will decarbonise travel fast enough for planetary limits - safe cycle infra takes too long, though more walking and publis transport will make cycling be and feel safer too.

UK puts emergency brake on study visas for four countries’ nationals Shabana Mahmood says UK’s generosity abused as study visas halted for nationals from Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar and Sudan

I have personally seen the applications of many Afghani students to our gender studies programme: people who have started grassroots LGBT orgs; who have fought for women's education; who want to come to the UK to study to make their country & the world better...

Apprenticeships still haven’t worked out their place in t... Today’s policymakers have struggled for decades to unlock the benefits of a scheme that helped to build prosperity in the age of trades and artisans

The basic, essential problem with "apprenticeships" of all kinds is that they involve employers investing time, effort & resources in doing something most of them would prefer schools & colleges to do for them, at no cost.
