It’s so hard right now. I also struggle with wanting to be informed but being utterly despondently crushed by what’s happening around us and the feeling so helpless but needing to keep on keepin on. The vibe I didn’t know I needed. Went to an Imbolc concert last night with my best friends. Saw so many friends from my dance community. I wasn’t able to get fully lost in it like I normally would, but it felt good. I’ve not felt good in a while.

Every time I exercise I get a ⭐️star sticker⭐️ on the calendar. Weights, dance class, dance practice, yoga/stretching…I get a star. The goal is 3 stars a week. Proud of myself because I’ve already reached my goal and will be getting another star tonight from teaching a dance class. GO ME!
