Hallowed Steel is another weakness that demons have; And all of them have it.

The story behind how Verse lost his eye is that when Treble and Verse were very young, Treble was experimenting with lightning magic and accidentally hit Verse with it.

This was way before Treble was evil, btw.

If their eye gets burned? They lose the ability to see or even have that eye

This is why Yuko and Verse lost their vision in their eye. Although... Yuko lost it because a Hollowed Steel blade almost missed him, but slashed his eyelid and eye, making him 100% blind in that eye.

I also want to explain something else about Demons in Crystaria.

Yuko and Leer's Father have one eye that has been injured, even though they have regeneration.

Well, the reason why is because most demons have a natural weakness to fire. If their wound gets burned; It leaves a scar.

I should explain why Leer's fangs are so shiny.

Leer's two fangs, aka his limiters, are made of wyvern bone. Wyvern bones are naturally shiny like metal, especially when they are enchanted.

And yes I do know that some of y'all would pick up some art from me as soon as possible.

You'd be amazed at how many I've turned away due to me never opening or planning to do so because of many reasons.

I wish I had a way for people to pay me for 'em, and the motivation to actually do them quickly.

Then I wish I didn't feel like a nervous wreck through the entire process, like with requests from years ago

It's a good workout tho, just ask Leon where he gets his weights for bench pressing?

Despite Leer's giant buns being super heavy, probably 300 lbs each, he can still stand up with relative ease

And he can keep balance, even when those buns are S w i n g i n '

But that's just because he's both strong and is pretty fantastic at keeping his balance due to his martial arts training

This is on purpose, because I still wanted a character with that name and thus: Ollie Shadowrin was created as a slight homage to Duster's original nickname.

I changed his name because I wanted a cute name that of course Duster would pick. Since he's not exactly great at choosing names canonically. "Dust-er Bunny" would totally be what he would pick...

But Ollie is also a name of a bard that works for Leer at his club. He's also a rabbit, but a demon.

So, in my story I have quite a few rabbit characters.

Duster is one of the dueteragonists of my story, alongside the rest of The Wild Hearts.

But here's a thing you might not know... Duster wasn't originally going to be his fake name. It was going to be "Ollie"

Hmm... A really fat character made out of marshmallow

Who infinitely regenerates and loves to feed parts of themselves to others and make them fat

Hmm... Sounds like a good monster design to me

Lunars, Aquarians, Avians and Dragonians are special in this regard.

As they are born with whatever their parents fur, feather or scale color belonged to them.

Leer has orange fur because of this... But...

Leer's father, Verse, has naturally Silver colored fur

Means they belong to one of those many different races. It's very hard to determine which one they belong to though, with the exception of Beastmen (which are usually naturally muscular and tall) or Giants (who are very easily one of the biggest races) who have other attributes that give it away

I want to explain what the different fur colors mean on Crystaria.

Normal colored fur, like hazel or orange for a fox ect, usually means that Furry is a Crystarian.

Odd colored fur, like purple, red or any color that's outside the norm is usually how a god, demi-god, beastmen, giant or demon-

Tbh, it makes my characters look S o f t.

And F l u f f y.

I've kept doing the "Less Detail" versions of my pictures because... I was afraid that people wouldn't enjoy it as much because it "Looked too Busy"

And it kinda was, at the time. I could have eased back a little bit on the spiky fur. But the way I draw fur now? It gives texture to my characters

Back then? The critique wasn't exactly warranted.

I was just starting out, 3 or 5 months into my first year of drawing. Yeah, it's going to be busy because... I hadn't found my footing yet, or even decided on if that was my style or not to stick with.

Tbh, I've been adding more details to my characters recently. Such as a lot more tufts of fur... And that's it really.

I wasn't doing it because an artist, who became my friend at one point, said my art was too busy. So I toned down the detail...

By the way, I don't think I've ever mentioned Olivia's job class

Actually it's classes; Rogue (Subclass: Shadow Walker) and Sorceress (Elemental Subclass) specifically

She's always had natural magical abilities, she just found stealing from those who didn't deserve what they had felt great.

Leer's hip span is easily couch sized or more

Olivia's a bit shorter, so her hip span is almost couch sized

Duster does have some pretty wide hips, but I would have to say door frame sized

Tear is almost twice as big as Leer, so I would say...
