FAA closes airspace around El Paso, Texas, for 10 days, grounding all flights The agency says it will ground all flights to and from the airport for "special security reasons."

Since a couple people have asked, I have no idea why El Paso airspace was closed. Working my contacts, a couple theories but nothing to say out loud yet.
