i like to be hopeful, because being hopeless helps nothing. as long as americans stand together, we can’t be beat! that’s the way i like to see it.

i understand that. i feel disappointed in the people around me, but i don’t like to think they voted in a malicious way. i think some people were just lured in by the hateful propaganda, and can’t see through it. once trump is in office, hopefully some will see the error in their ways.

i live in an incredibly red state. i believe like 75% of people voted trump. i personally know and like people who voted for him. they just don’t know what he’s gonna do to the country. i think it’s more important to spread kindness than hate, because hate drives people apart.

i have to disagree with this. given the very close race, we cannot say that 50% of the country is immoral. i think everyone has family members on the opposite side, and they’re still just as valid as you. perhaps they’re uneducated, but that doesn’t mean they’re bad people.

i meant it very literally. if people aren’t seeing this hate being spewed, then what reason do they have to cry? i actually like seeing things that make me happy.
