I hate how self-conscious ChatGPT has made me when it comes to writing. Every time I word a sentence in that way I end up catching myself and try to make extra sure people know a human wrote it. It’s fucking with my head and I hate it.

I think the ChatGPT use of “it’s not ___, it’s ___” is more distinct from human use of that phrase than people make it out to be. Because ChatGPT is always making some stupid metaphor that communicates zero information. “It’s not a drizzle, it’s a flood”
