But in no world does that justify posting a video giving birthday “wedgies” to a kid, then fondling him—and leaving it up for almost two years even though any reasonable person knows it’s the literal definition of CSAM.

McNutt gives the vibe that he had some sort of brain injury and never got properly treated for it.
