Greek egg breakfast.

And my first post on blue sky is my late breakfast.

From the plate up we have… Greek yogurt with roast garlic mashed into it. Roasted chickpeas and tomatoes. Poached egg. Some basil. Olive oil with harissa seasoning fizzled over the top.
