Inundating us with fear/stripping us of our human rights is a strategy. They want us to be overwhelmed and paralyzed. They know what they are doing. But we know how to take care of us. How are you managing the grief, fear, n rage? How can we hold these big emotions while holding the most vulnerable

Telling folks to just "plug in to community" rn is well-meaning and if you can do that, wonderful. But most people are not super connected to community for many reasons. So, if you don't have community rn that's ok, consider finding 2-5 ppl you can form a pod with.
