Perhaps this is First Choco Cookie (but don't take it as fact just yet) An evil-looking chocolate queen with two serrated knives for swords (one in each hand), a winged crown, and red 'blood drop' earrings.

cookie2016, kind of dog-looking with two big, soft 'paws' (either huge hands or scarf-ends), with floofy cinnamon-bun-inspired hair. Made of melting chocolate (dripping from their hair, white scarf, and even their eye is a little melty).
