Technically it was Roberts decision to DELAY ruling on US v Trump for 6 months to prevent Jack Smith's cases going to court.

In US v Nixon, SCOTUS ruled inside of a week that no one is above the law. In 2024, US v Trump went in the opposite direction, and the result shocked the whole planet.
