I had to walk away from a conversation with a coworker tonight. I couldn’t get him to understand why a woman would choose the bear. He kept coming back to “the bear will eat her”. Refusing to understand that that’s the _worst_ the bear would do.

I feel this says things about addictive personalities. Like many things, social media is probably best in moderation. If it’s all you’re doing and you’re not using any critical thinking to limit your exposure to the toxic elements, it can become problematic. The same is true for IRL things too.

Recent developments seem to indicate that quite a few people were just pretending to agree because their disagreement was deemed problematic. Lately the oligarchs have been signaling that it’s safe to publicly disagree with that statement. So the Nazis can come out of the woodwork again.

Took me about 45 years to figure out that I’m gay.

The problem is I was never unsure about who I was attracted to, my confusion was at the other end. 😁

Bullies at school used to call me gay, they just didn’t know they were right.

That it wasn’t immediately tagged as a hate crime is problematic at best.

This is what we need from every politician who claims to stand for human rights.

I loved to original TRON, I liked TRON: Legacy (and TRON Uprising). However,while I was interested in TRON Ares, having it be a Jared Leto vehicle pretty much killed my interest. Especially any interest I might have had to see it in the theater.

I’d say 10.75 to 11. It’s definitely on the 10 side of the 11 line. The grooves around The sides don’t seem to match up with any of the measures on the rule.

I’ve noticed when ordering online some clothing (especially stuff made in Asia) tends to run smaller. I’ve found it useful to check the sizing info, some things claim to be 3-4xl but might only fit what another brand would call a medium. And this applies even to unisex clothing too. 😡
