Beyond polyamorous folks, this would also protect divorced and single parents, people with live-in extended families, and found family of all sorts, and provide an additional layer of protection for gay and trans couples.
It reflects and protects the diversity of ways that human lives grow together.

I haven't experienced discrimination for being polyandrous, but I have not given anyone the chance.
I can't risk it.
I don't trust my employer to be accepting. They're only progressive with protected classes, and even then it might just be lip service.
