Honestly the color identity rule, and understanding that it's functionally different than a card's color, is a hurdle for new Magic players understanding. Changing the hybrid mana rule just complicates that further.

Current 7-3 in testing with Belcher. 4 of those were against Affinity, which I stand 2-2 as of right now. Deck feels pretty good and consistent. Might need to look at my boarding choices some. And mulligan decisions.

Totally dig the thing. Time to start making notes and recording data.

I've got to start testing for the Modern RC in Vegas since I haven't touched the format in awhile.
