It also wasn't an unfair review. The tags on the side were marked "mod"- you have to MANUALLY check that box when filling in item information. Whether you said "no mod" in the description does not matter- the sidebar said Mod and that is more likely to be noticed than the description.

You don't regret those things- you regret that your messages weren't kept private and your business is suffering as a result. If they had never shared it, you never would have apologized.
