I also added a background to the designs to help them look a bit more like the flag. I think it stands out better on the natural colored cardinal. Also it evokes hunger games energy a bit.

#PrideMonth Day 22: #Intersex Flag. I based this design off of a real life phenomenon: intersex cardinals. Hence, why I chose to have one in the flag colors and one in natural colors. I think these friends are beautiful and I hope to be able to see one in the wild one day

They have purple irises in their eyes. The flag on their bandana has four vertical stripes, with the left being black, then purple, white ,and finally yellow on the right. The tires are black and yellow, set off to the left side.

The non-binary flag has four horizontal stripes: yellow on top, then white, purple, and black on the bottom.

#PrideMonth Day 21: #Non-binary Flag. This design is another pun: non-lion-ary. I decided to go with natural colors because I felt that the bright colors of the flag were a bit much. I also went for a hair style that was between the mane of a male lion and the smoother fur of a female lion.

The queer deer stands with one foot up. It is black on top with a white belly, ears, lower legs, and tail floof. Their muzzle and hooves are blue. Their antlers are a bright yellow and they have a neon green hair floof. The inside of their ears are pink and their eyes are red. Each area of the interface between black and white is striped with a color: the ears are blue, muzzle light blue, neck and belly neon green, shoulders pink, thighs red, and tail white. Over their hips are 6 dots ranging in color and size, each with one color on them.

The queer flag has nine horizontal stripes. The top and bottom stripes are black. The second stripe is light blue, followed by blue and neon green. The middle stripe is white, followed by yellow, red, and pink.

#PrideMonth Day 20: #Queer Flag. This queer deer is probably one of my favorite designs. I love the contrast of the black and white with the neon colors of the flag.

The transgender flag has five horizontal stripes. The two in the outside are baby blue, the middle two are baby pink, and the middle most stripe is white.

#PrideMonth Day 19: #Transgender Flag. This was the first animal I couldn't quite get a chibi design to work. I really liked the symbology of the butterfly and cocoon so I decided to color them in a way that evoked transmasc and transfem energy.

The zebrally prances the show off her rainbow mane. She is a classical zebra with black and white stripes. Her rainbow mane lines up the colors with the alternating stripes. Her tail is also made of rainbow tufts.

The Ally flag has 6 horizontal stripes, alternating black and white. There is a rainbow triangle in the middle that invokes the idea of an A for Ally. The stripes in the A start with red at the top, then orange, yellow, green, blue, and finally purple.

#PrideMonth Day 18: #Ally Flag. This was an easy choice in animal, and I was very excited to color the rainbow mane on this zebra. The zebrally is very happy to show her love and support of her pride animal friends.

The polysexual polecat sits holding its flag proudly. The mask, neck, arms, and tail of the polecat are neon blue. Their back, top of their head, inner ears, and paw pads are neon pink. Their ears, face, belly, and underside of the paws are neon green.

The polysexual flag has three horizontal stripes in neon colors. The top stripe is pink, the middle green, and blue on the bottom.

#PrideMonth Day 16: #Polysexual Flag. This polecat proudly wears the bright colors of their flag. This was a difficult design for me because it is a bright color palette, but I think it came out well.

The pythomnisexual wraps around a flag pole holding their flag. They are based on a pied ball python. A light pink takes the place of the white, while the light blue and neon blue form the basis for the stripes areas and the stripes are indigo. Their belly is a fuschia pink. They have happy eyes with a light pink iris that matches the tongue they flick out.

The omnisexual flag has five horizontal stripes. The top is light pink, followed by a fuschia pink, indigo is in the middle, followed by neon blue, and the bottom most stripe is light blue.

#PrideMonth Day 17: #Omnisexual Flag. The pythomnisexual has a beautiful blend of the colors of the flag. I love the way their eye gives a happy and maybe mischievous expression.

#PrideMonth Day 14: #Demiromantic & #Demisexual Flags. The fin of the shark makes for a really nice translation into this flag. The coloring also complements really well the light and dark grey and white. Overall super happy with this design.

The brown bear sits wearing a shirt displaying his pride flag and waving a little paw. Over his body he has many patches using the colors of the flag. He has cute little black eyes and nose with three freckles on either side.

#PrideMonth Day 13: #Bear flag. I went for the obvious bear on this one, but I couldn't decide between doing a chibi animal or a teddy bear. I ended up settling on a combination and I think the result is adorable.

The A-shell-llian faces away to show off his shell, which is colored like the flag. It has a white border and stripe in the middle, with a baby blue section on top and below the stripe. It features the light green petals of the flag's flower with it's dark green leaves. These same greens are used to color the flippers, head, and tail, which have a base of the light green with spots of dark green almost like large scales. He has a baby blue eye and looks over his shell to greet you with a smile.

The Achillean Flag has three horizontal stripes: two baby blue with a white stripe in the middle. The flower featured on the white stripe is a green carnation, which has light green petals: two in the center, three around those, and three outside them. It has two dark green leaves at the bottom, one on each side (L and R).

#PrideMonth Day 12: #Achillean Flag. The A-shell-llian is based off of a green sea turtle. I love how the shell afforded a unique opportunity to incorporate the flag. It almost looks like a floor tile design.

The Sapphie Staffie is pink instead of the traditional grey or brown Staffordshire Terrier. She sits with a wagging tail, happy eyes, and a blep. She has a white mark that travels from her forehead to her chin, and continues down her belly. She also has white on her paws and the tip of her tail. Her left ear is adorned with the 5 petal purple flower from the Sapphic flag.

The Sapphic flag has three horizontal stripes: two pink with a white in between. On the white stripe is a purple flower with5 petals and a pink and yellow center.

#PrideMonth Day 11: #Sapphic Flag. This is the Sapphie Staffie. She is very sweet and loving. I think the flag colors map onto a Staffie perfectly.

There are three polyamor-mice in this design. The left one is in side profile holding the middle's arm and giving them a kiss on the cheek. They are black with red ears and tail, blue spots and closed eye, and a yellow belly, nose, spot between the eyes, and heart with the infinity symbol on the back. The middle mouse is white with purple patches on its back and left ear, a pink tail and ears, a yellow heart on its belly and as its nose, and light blue eyes. The third polyamor-mouse is hugging the middle one from behind. They are black with bright yellow and blue spots, red tail and ears, blue eyes, and a yellow nose and pi symbol on their forehead.

The newest polyamorous flag features three horizontal stripes (top to bottom): blue, pink, and purple. A white triangle cuts in from the left, offset so the point ends where the blue and pink stripes meet. A yellow heart is inside this triangle on its side aligned with the tip of the triangle.

This polyamorous flag features similar colors to the original with three horizontal stripes (top to bottom): blue, black, and red. In the center of the flag in a maize yellow is a heart intertwined with the infinity symbol.

#PrideMonth Day 10: #Polyamorous Flags. Each polyamor-mouse represents a different flag. The flag has undergone an evolution over the years, but I still see all the designs used, so I wanted to make an homage to the history of this flag.

The Aro-ana swims down a waterfall that is made of the Aroace flag, with the colors left to right: blue, light blue, white, yellow, and orange. They have an orange body, a light blue top fin, a blue tail fin, two yellow fins, and a white pectoral. The top of the waterfall is lined with bushes in green and light green and three rocks, one grey, one purple, and one black.

This flag features five horizontal stripes (top to bottom): orange, yellow, white, light blue, and blue.

#PrideMonth Day 9: #Aroace Flag. This is the Aro-ana, swimming down a waterfall made of the flag. The bushes and rocks pull colors from the Aromantic and Asexual flags.

The aromooooontic cow is white with green spots. It has a light green nose, tail tip, and collar that holds a grey bell. Their horns are also grey. They have black hooves and eyes.

#PrideMonth Day 8: #Aromantic Flag. This is the aromooooontic cow. I suspect she may be the source of the mysterious green milk that plagues grocery stores 🤔

The Ace-olotl casually floats holding the ace flag in its right hand. It is predominantly purple with grey gills and tail fin, as well as a white belly.

The Asexual (aka ace) flag has four horizontal stripes (from top to bottom): black, grey, white, and purple.

#PrideMonth day 7: #Asexual flag. The Ace-olotl reps the flag in style, taking on not only the cool purple, but also adding in a white belly patch. I had help from my stream picking the colors on this one, and I think it turned out much better than my original idea.

The BIPOC Hawk proudly reps the colors of the BIPOC flag they carry in their beak. They are predominantly brown with a black hook and top of the wing. The primary wing feathers (red, orange, yellow) and tail feathers (green, blue, and purple) form the rainbow. Their beak and talons are orange with black nails and tip of the beak. They have a striking yellow eye with a large black pupil.

The BIPOC flag adds Black and Brown horizontal stripes to the top of the traditional rainbow pride flag.

#PrideMonth day 6: #BIPOC Flag. I went for a rhyme for this one: the BIPOC Hawk. This design is based loosely on a Cooper's Hawk. I chose this pose because I think it feels more regal and proud vs the classic raptor/eagle swooping pose (very 'merica). I think the colored feathers look amazing.

The Pan-ther is a black cat wearing a bandana that features the colors of the pansexual flag from left to right: fuschia, yellow, and sky blue. They also have a fuschia nose and inside of the ears, as well as stunning blue eyes.

The Pansexual Flag features three horizontal stripes: fuschia at the top, yellow in the middle and sky blue at the bottom.

#PrideMonth Day 5: #Pansexual flag. Today I present the Pan-ther, which definitely looks a lot like a black cat. But what is a black cat if not a house panther?

The Bi-son is brown with black hooves and horns, a cute pink nose, and a white floof in the middle of his head. Its hair is colored with the bisexual flag, blue on the left, pink on the right, and a smaller purple stripe in the middle. This colorful hair forms a poof in his head, around its neck, and at the top of the tail.

The bisexual pride flag features a fuschia stripe on top, a blue stripe on the bottom, and a thin purple stripe in the middle.

#PrideMonth day 4: #Bisexual flag. This is my Bi-son. We definitely had some struggles with color saturation, but I think the final result is lovely. I think his hair looks like cotton candy or a snow cone and I find that adorable.

#PrideMonth Day 3: #Lesbian Flag. Today I made two designs: the lesb-elephant and les-bee-ian. I had a hard time choosing a pattern for our bee friend, so I chose my top 2, one a bit more subtle and the other the colors of the flag in order. I think they make a cute couple. Who is your favorite?

#PrideMonth day 2: Gay Flag. I chose the gazelle because I enjoy a good pun, so this is a gay-zelle. I had originally wanted to color it with traditional fur colors and have the flag stand out, but I think he looks absolutely adorable in these colors! This may be one of my favorites 😍

Progress LGBTQ flag. This flag features the classic rainbow stripes horizontally with red at the top and purple at the bottom. The left half of the flag contains a Chevron, starting with a yellow triangle with a purple circle for intersex folk, then white, pink, and blue representing the trans community, and finally brown and black for QPOC LGBTQ members.

Happy #PrideMonth! I am drawing a design based on a diff flag every day. I started with the Progress Flag; the circle for intersex with the chevron led my brain right to the Great Horned Owl! My friend @scooterthepanda.bsky.social suggested pupils would bring the design together. What do you think?
