If you're going down to the ICE Facility in Portland to protest, we are hearing that it is already getting spicy. ICE propaganda machine is itching to manufacture the headlines they were denied by millions at No Kings rallies.

Don't give them a single piece of usable footage. Deny them.

In 2025, we've leveled up from peaceful protest to joyful protest! Thank you, Portland!

Heads up to anyone going to the ICE facility in Portland now. I've seen from a couple of sources that it may be getting a bit dicey. So, if you go there, do not take the bait. They SOOOO want to have footage to show of confrontation since they didn't get any from all the peaceful protests today.

This is not where today’s No Kings protest is happening in Portland.

We were in red Medford, and it was amazing. Huge turnout, tons of costumes, everything from kids in strollers to nonagenarians in wheelchairs. Tiny but peaceful coterie of counter-protesters near by, but we were having all the fun.

You were down there both today and in June. Does it really seem like there are fewer people today than in June? Thar’s what PPB said a couple hours ago, but I’m skeptical.

Oooh, weirdness density…now that would be a fun challenge. I submit Santa Cruz, CA, although it’s sort of the opposite of Seattle: scratch the surface and it’s a lot of aging hippies and CEOs in their overpriced convertible phase.

I think people legitimately don’t understand how much Portland A: hates being told what to do and B: loves any excuse to get fucking weird about it

Free Ballard and it might stand a chance in that contest. But Seattle? Not even in the running. (Sorry, BC, but Vancouver isn’t either, though it’s one of my favorite cities. And yes, I’ve lived in all three cities, though I admit to growing up in PDX).

Kristi Noem said that Antifa is "just sophisticated than MS-13, Hamas, ISIS, and Hezbollah." I will defer judgment on that claim until I see some footage of MS-13, Hamas, ISIS, and Hezbollah on skates.
